A native of Virginia, and former owner of two retail business,

Ann moved to the N C Coast over 25 years ago. She started her

successful real estate business in 1993. Having been a business owner and working with many Civic organizations in her community gave her a good understanding of working with people to buy and sell property. It is very important for Ann to have good communication with her clients.

She and her husband moved to Edenton two years ago, bringing

her real estate skills with her.  They had decided they would like to live in a small town near the water, be able to walk downtown, streets with lots of trees, well-kept, and nice friendly people..we found it right here in Edenton.
