Amber Hardy

Amber has lived and breathed Edenton and the Albemarle Area since her arrival over a decade ago. Before she jumped headfirst into Real Estate, she owned a children’s shop in the Downtown District. An avid community liaison, Amber was the Edenton-Chowan Chamber of Commerce President for two years and currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Edenton-Chowan Tourism Development Authority (Visit Edenton). She volunteers with numerous organizations throughout the town, such as Main Street Edenton and the Edenton Steamers. Amber spreads her 'Christmas cheer' by heading up the annual Flotilla each season and was even named "Chowan County Volunteer of the Year" for 2024.
In the top 15 for sales in the Albemarle region, Amber prides herself on having the most sales transactions in Chowan County for 2023 and 2024. Although she sells all types of properties from commercial buildings to vacant lots and homes, Amber has found a passion in selling properties ready for rehab, which one by one helps improve our beautiful town.
When not working you can find her along the streets of Downtown Edenton, ball fields, and on our picturesque waters with her son, Camden. Amber often uses the phrase, “Love Where You Live” and she truly does. She embraces her community and more often than not, each of her clients turns quickly into friends.

Fran has been in the real estate industry since 2006. Prior to getting her license, she worked in a family business. Real estate always interested her. Terry M. Waff

Eddie Fields

Eddie has lived in northeastern North Carolina for over three decades and has called Edenton home for the past 5+ years. You will often find him chasing his grandchildren around a ball field or enjoying special events in downtown Edenton. He loves to volunteer to support his community and was recently awarded the Chowan County Tourism Development Authority, Snooky Bond Excellence in Tourism Award.
Eddie graduated from Mary Washington College with a degree in Historic Preservation. He was highly successful in the manufactured housing industry earning recognition in the Hall of Fame for Clayton Homes. Gayle King

Gayle King is a Virginia native, and raised in the Northern Neck. Growing up on the Potomac
River was her inspiration for finding an affordable waterfront community. When she and her
husband discovered the Albemarle Sound and Edenton over 13 years ago and its close
proximity to the Outer Banks, they knew that living on the banks of the Albemarle Sound in
Eastern North Carolina was where they wanted to finally settle down.
Gayle started her real estate career working in the mortgage industry and then transitioned to a
regional sales and marketing manager for a nationally recognized home builder. She
understands the financial process, the building process and what it takes to build a custom
home. She has sold homes of every type from startup homes for first time buyers to high-end
estates, to chic condos and distressed properties, to investment homes. Most important to her,
is earning her client’s trust, providing unparalleled service, and a closed real estate experience that she and her clients will both be proud of. She is a licensed realtor in the states of North Carolina and Virginia.
Gayle has intimate knowledge of the Occano neighborhood which sits on the banks of the
Albemarle Sound directly across from Edenton. Her and her husband Chuck are very involved in their community. Gayle is an active member of the neighborhood, providing community
updates on social media and organizing events for property owners. She also sits on the Bertie
County planning committee and volunteers at the local food pantry. Her husband is a high
school and travel soccer coach. Gayle and her husband live with their two pups in Merry Hill.

Hanna Davey

Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Hanna has spent all of her Summers in Edenton before moving here full time after high school. She attended East Carolina University, where she majored in Fashion Merchandising & Consumer Studies, as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship. Her real estate career began after she worked as a designer and home stager for eastern North Carolina’s premier home staging and design company in Wilmington, NC. Her experience staging new construction, resale and model homes in preparation for them to sell led her to become a broker. Hanna grew her real estate career in the Wilmington, NC area before moving home to Edenton to continue her career here. Hanna is also the owner of Simply Stated Boutique. When she is not here at the office, you can find her at the shop, located at 318 S. Broad St.
